We start with our 4% hard seltzer base, then elevate it to 8% using alcohol recovered from our non-alcoholic beer process. Each batch is finished with natural flavors and allulose for a smooth, balanced profile.

Allulose is a rare sugar found in small amounts in fruits like figs and raisins. It delivers clean sweetness with minimal glycemic impact, does not spike blood sugar and doesn’t promote tooth decay—making it one of the most best sweeteners available today.
